General Information for Montgomery County Referees

Officiating USSF affiliated games in Clarksville/Montgomery County requires that the referee is a certified USSF Referee and assigned the game they are officiating by a USSF Assignor.

What to know-
- You must be certified with the United States Soccer Federation in order to officiate all matches
- We pay our referees for each game that they work for our organization
- We wear uniforms that must be purchased prior to working (this will be covered in the certification class in more detail)
- We allow ages 13-99 and encourage all to get certified
- MCSA provides a "Mentor" program that is set up to better all officials
- Select referees will have the opportunity to work higher level matches both in Clarksville and surrounding areas
