All players must wear an MCSA jersey and shin guards with socks covering. Soccer cleats (Not Baseball or Football cleats) are recommended but not required. If not wearing soccer cleats, must have closed-toe athletic/tennis shoe.  No jewelry or plastic/metal objects in players hair. Dangerous items are prohibited such as beads in hair, plastic/metal clips, body piercings, permanent jewelry etc.  NO EARRINGS!!  (Earrings cannot just be  covered.)

WHAT AGES CAN PLAY?

Our recreational youth league is open for players 5 through 18.  We also offer a Junior Academy for 4 year old players and an adult league. You can view our  Age Groups.

Online registration is the quickest and easiest way to register! We also have one mall registration day per season. There are no refunds for registration fees. Please be advised that lines can be long when registering in person.  Best to register online.

WHAT DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

All players must pay a registration fee, purchase a $20 jersey, and show their birth certificate to us. Registration form, concussion form, and cardiac arrest form must be filled out.

I MISSED THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE!!! CAN I STILL GET MY CHILD SIGNED UP TO PLAY?

You may be able to register late but we will likely not be able to honor coach, practice, or friend request. Immediately after registration closes, you may still be able to register but you are put on a waitlist. If your age group has space, you will get an email notifying you to complete registration and pay your late fees. You will not be placed on a team until your fees are paid. After the waitlist is closed you will need to contact the correct Age Group Coordinator to see if they have any available slots come open. Occasionally, we have a late drop and may be able to get you added to a team.

AS A COACH, WHERE CAN I PRACTICE?

MCSA insurance covers practice at public parks, Heritage Park practice fields, and public schools. To practice at a school, coaches must request permission from the school and fill out a usage request form. (Found on documents page). If any churches or subdivisions are willing to authorize practice, we can add them to our insurance policy.

I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MY CHILD'S COACH YET. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT

Coaches will start contacting players after the coaches meeting. It may take a few days as many coaches have multiple teams. If you still have not heard from your child coach, and it has been a week since the coaches meeting, please contact your Age Group Coordinator. They assign coaches and players and will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information.

I AM TRYING TO REGISTER FOR THE ADULT LEAGUE. DO I NEED TO ATTACH A BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

No, but the system requires a photo be attached. Please attach a photo of the MCSA logo.

I WOULD LIKE TO COACH FOR MCSA's MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

The MCSA Middle School Soccer Program is a competitive program that hires coaches. To learn more about the program and to apply for a coaching position, please visit the MCSA website at https://www.clarksvillesoccer.net/Default.aspx?tabid=1247675. I STILL HAVE MORE QUESTIONS WHO CAN I CONTACT?

Your best point of contact is the Age Group Coordinator for your age group. If your age group coordinator does not respond immediately, please remember they are volunteers and may be busy or unavailable at the time.
